Prohibited Activities

This Policy identifies activities, merchant categories, and transaction patterns that are strictly prohibited on the NezenX Platform.

By accessing the Platform, the User agrees to comply with all restrictions in this Policy.

The User shall not use the Platform or Virtual Cards for:

• illegal or fraudulent purposes
• bypassing compliance controls, MCC filters, geographic rules, or risk systems
• activity that impersonates another entity or falsifies business identity
• reselling or providing Virtual Cards to unauthorized third parties
• facilitating payments on behalf of unverified businesses or individuals

The User must not conduct transactions in any of the following categories:

• gambling, casino, betting, lotteries
• adult entertainment, escort services, pornography
• cryptocurrency exchanges, token launches, mining services, DeFi protocols
• unlicensed financial services, FX, remittance, investment schemes
• IPTV and piracy services, streaming tools that violate copyright
• pharmaceuticals, steroids, medical or CBD products requiring certification
• high-risk nutraceuticals, health supplements without FDA / CE certification
• hacking, malware, spoofing, cloaking, identity manipulation services
• firearms, ammunition, tactical gear restricted by law
• replica goods, counterfeit products, fake brand listings
• political fundraising, unregulated charities
• any category prohibited by Visa/Mastercard, acquiring banks, or Partner Issuers

This list is non-exhaustive and subject to modification without notice.

The User must not access, fund, or use Virtual Cards:

• from OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions
• from FATF High-risk countries
• from non-cooperative, non-KYC jurisdictions

Indirect access through VPN, sub-accounts, or intermediaries is also prohibited.

The following patterns are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension:

• excessive failed transactions or velocity spikes
• spending inconsistent with submitted business purpose
• abnormal MCC shifts within short timeframes
• attempts to run high-risk ads following previous suspensions
• structured attempts to avoid automated monitoring

Users must not:

• use stolen, tested, or unauthorized cards for funding
• attempt chargeback funding
• perform crypto deposits originating from mixers, tumblers, sanctioned wallets, or high-risk exchanges

The primary Account owner is responsible for ensuring that Team members do not:

• spend outside permitted business categories
• attempt restricted MCCs
• operate from banned jurisdictions
• breach compliance requirements

Violations by any Team member will apply to the entire Account.

The Company may, at its discretion:

• suspend or terminate Account or Virtual Cards without notice
• permanently block access to Services
• request additional documentation before reinstatement
• decline disputes or compensation claims for prohibited activities

No refunds shall be owed in the event of enforcement actions.

This Policy may be updated anytime. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated restrictions.
